We are excited you will be staying at our home. Please take time to review our house rules. This is our home and not a hotel and thank you for treating it as such. ~We do not allow smoking in the house or on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 remediation fee. ~No parties are allowed on the premises. Evidence of a party will result in an immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. ~We love and welcome kids of all ages! We want them to enjoy themselves, but please make sure they do not write on the walls or break any items. ~If items should be damaged, you will unfortunately incur a replacement fee. ~We are pet friendly and love our furry friends. However, pets are not allowed on the furniture. ~Please shower before entering the hot tub and please replace hot tub cover after each use. ~Our cleaning fee is based on being able to turn over the property after a clean and courteous guest; excessive soiling or mess will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. ~Finally, understand that we are not responsible for any injury or harm related to using the property, the lake, or any amenities provided including but not limited to the hot tub. There are no lifeguards at the lake, so be extra careful and know you are participating in water activities at your own risk. We are looking forward to hosting you.
